League Agreement
Olive Photography agrees to provide photography services for your league. The services will take place in an indoor location. Assistance with booking that through your school district is appreciated.
What we provide:
-Assistance with scheduling your teams for picture day. Our scheduling system is Sign up genius.
-Communication with the Coaches and Team families about picture day.
-Each team coach will get a complimentary 5x7 team picture as a thank you for coaching.
-Picture delivery is 10-15 business days after pictures.
What we need from the league:
​Your league agrees to use our services for your whole league; no other photographer shall be used for formal team pictures. This does not apply to action photography.

Team Rosters - The players and coaches listed in an editable format, preferably in excel or Google sheets.
Parent Contact Info-Email and phone numbers for the players families, 3 weeks prior to picture day.
Olive Photography agrees to use personal information from the families for Photography purposes only. Information is never sold, only used internally.
