Hello coaches,
We are looking forward to serving Canby Junior & WHK Basketball!
Thank you for volunteering to coach, your time for these kids, and our community. As our way of thanking you, each coach will receive a free 5x7 team!

Please read over some information and submit the agreement below. Once finished, please use the link provided to schedule your team for picture day.

1.) Pictures will be taken individually, and then the group made graphically.
2.) To be in the team picture, your player/coach must be present on picture day at the scheduled time. This is very important to be able to keep all the team information straight, wearing the same uniform, and for posing reasons. If you have multiple players that can’t make the time slot, please reschedule your team. 
3.) Pictures will be delivered to the league, for coaches to hand out. Please deliver team pictures within 2 weeks.
